I'm not sure why there were such issues with the Registration. It *should* close 1 minute before the event start, and I swear that was what I set it to... re: 1.18.2 - *shrugs* I was going off Schamtoo's recommendation, given that I heard ICCUP was having issues. Will definitely reconsider for this weekend - but not promising anything just yet lol. Need to figure it out. Huge thanks to BisuDagger for stepping in and helping run this while I was gone! I'll try to get registration open for this coming weekend later today if I can. | ||

 I guess 1.18 didn't go so hot. However, hasn't there been a very large stability/lag/server issue with ICCUP lately? Or am I mistaken? Most people complained during the last few Filthy BWs. | ||

I think I agree with you guys that I should change it up a little and extend it out to 3rd and 4th place. It will not go into effect for this week's BW cup (because I havent decided how exactly I want to do it yet), but it should be in place for the following event. Thanks for your input everyone! | ||

I understand that 1.18 has issues and is not suitable for highest level of play. I also understand that the previous rules stated that all games would be played on 1.18, not 1.16. And seeing you playing on 1.16 meant that you clearly went against the rules that were stated in the thread, so I wanted to ask if there was a good explanation for this (seeing that others decided not to play because they refused to play on 1.16). Of course, bisudagger later explained the situation with the exception. But up until that point, I was under the impression that some players might have went against the rules, despite what they think is suitable for competitive play. | ||
