If the only reward is getting shitted on in the internet I can totally understand why he doesn't have the desire to compete anymore. Flash is still human even if it's hard to believe  | ||

I have no idea in what proportion it applies to him specifically, but considering that he makes a lot of money on afreeca and has a lot of viewers regulalry i would assume that it's pretty minor in comparison  Ofc it's easy for us as random TL posters to say that he should just ignore it, but at the end of the day there are really worse positions than his (which doesn't mean that trolls/ hateful comments aren't a problem, but everybody has unique problems) | ||

You're completely right, the human body is not really meant to do what these guys do, but if they had more ergonomic setups, it might have reduced the amount of damage they did to themselves. Edit: As an example, a lot of CTS (in the workplace at least) is because people rest their wrists on the desk while they work, and the range of motion is all using their wrist -- the arms don't really move that much, and when they do it's still resting so it's putting pressure on the nerve, and will eventually cause inflammation that leads to CTS. If they could use a setup where the keyboard/mouse is lower so that they are not resting on the wrists and are "hovering" over them instead, it will not cause the nerve to inflame nearly as much. | ||
