Hiya building more marines and has 4 SCVs with his force. He attempts to attack but is repulsed. His cloaked wraiths doing some harass.

Hiya only now building his 2nd cc...Mong's vultures kill the SCV building it.

Hiya's attack beaten back; Mong moving to counter. Hiya is far behind.

Mong finishes 3rd CC at 11 o'clock as Hiya's 2nd CC finishes
