https://mega.co.nz/#!c0NDjIZK!Hs-ByyQT_g6riPSV6fAX5PywMkJo3oUcNZbud_XXjQg There's a main overlay which your streaming program will use (OBS or w/e), then two images for LiquidOverlay (resource counter and map name and stuff, link here: http://www.teamliquid.net/staff/R1CH/LiquidOverlayPub.zip Just unzip all the images into the LiquidOverlayPub folder, run LiquidOverlay.exe and the rest should be pretty self-explanatory.
