Okay as a a comprehensive suggestion for map replacement
Replace Blue Storm (2player map) with Odd-Eye 3 or Freakling's Oxide
Replace Neo Req (4player map) with CardinalAllin's Tempest
Replace either Aztec or Triathlon (both 3player maps) with Freakling's Incidence

All fine choices!!! besides maby wanting to swap aztec, if you would remove that you would have perfect choices in my opinion

Lost Temple kind of set the template for the subsequent proleague maps, but when Blizzard designed the maps, I think they were trying to add a lot of randomness to make a 'realistic' battlefield. The modern maps look more like arenas than battlefields, but they work. They just fucking work.
Bluestorm is not a good map because the pathing is terrible, there are only 10 bases on the whole map, and the natural is nigh-on impossible to defend if you are Protoss, unless you make like 20 cannons, then it's safe.
Benzene is a cool map, but I don't think people give it a chance because they're unfamiliar with the map, and the map preview doesn't help much because everything looks a bunch of grey that all blends together. Still, it's a great map.
Most three-player maps are just bad. Aztec is okay, and Neomedusa are okay, but I don't like Tau Cross. I know Tau Cross isn't in the discussion or map pool, but it just makes me angry thinking about its very existence. At some point, someone will probably go "hEy gUyS, LeTs aDd tAu cRoSs 2 tHe MaP pOoL" and everyone should start throwing rocks at them immediately. Outsider is just garbage. Outlier is garbage. Longinus is garbage. Moonglaive is... okay I guess. And there's another one, but I can't even remember its name because it is such garbage.
For 4-player maps, there are so many good ones: New Sniper Ridge, Electric Circuit, Circuit Breaker, Grandline, Colosseum II, Ground Zero 2, Jade 2.0, and of course, Fighting fucking Spirit. It baffles me that people still pick maps like Andromeda and Python to be in map pools. Or Gaia. "Let's get really high and pick some old-school maps." they say. Some people even like Fortress,or EotS (either abbreviation).
For 2-player, why does nobody pick Bloody Ridge!? It's like "Well, we gotta pick Destination or Matchpoint... but those are overused, so let's use Oxide." And I apologize to the makers of Oxide for what I am about to say, but that map belongs in a trash dumpster. I cringe looking at the map preview of Oxide. Oxide makes me sick.

Blue Storm is fine. The small choke is there for a reason. SET YOUR RALLYS YOU LAZY S.O.Bs! Longinus is fine, tau is fine, rush hour is fine, and moonglaive is ok...
