To answer your question, I do not deny that he is SuGo.
Hint: He did hit B- on Minister, transferred to said account but like I said dropped rank after a handful of games.

I don't know his match history, he was just an acquaintance from college and from CSL. I don't know his history or his max skill. All I know is he hit B- during CRTL season and was banned for it so I had to give up my account.

2) MID SEASON IN CRTL, he hit B-, then LOST the rank, and finished at C rank.

The only reason that Minister even got banned in the first place was because he lied about his rank stating that he was C- for the league. Then mid season he hits C+, which I would say is his real rank , and eventually B-. He fell down to 52-5300 range after another ~100 games or so and stops laddering for the remainder of the season as far as I know. There have been a few players who were C+ in the league that hit B- at some point/kept the rank (such examples are: munkie, plus, ihufa, me and I'm sure a couple more). Had Minister stated that he was C+, he would have been allowed to play. It's funny though, so if Minister stated he was C+ from the get-go, he would not have been banned from the league and this whole ordeal of Babo giving him the ][-][ero account could have been avoided. I understand that he shouldn't have said he was C-, but it's kind been unfair that the difference between a - and + takes away his eligibility to play in this league. If minister had said his legitimate rank then he would not have been banned; Babo would have not been coerced into giving his account and none of the team would be implicated. Minister made a big mistake but we failed to see the full picture and as a result there are consequences for our actions. Again, I am sorry that I failed to fulfill my duties as a responsible captain.

Going by public opinion, it's WandsSL, where Wands is the president and the king. He is the only player allowed to have performances higher than B-, and anyone else is instantly suspect of being inappropriate for the league, regardless of TLS results or otherwise.
Just kidding, but the lack of actual proof and the fact that everyone is supporting him is of course reeking of groupthink. I have never seen Minister be higher than B- (or B- at all until 10 minutes ago when the Google archive page was posted in sGs chat), and no inference that he is this SuGo character that I do not know and have never heard of -_-

Reporting one's max rank matters regardless of the time that has passed since that max rank?
I thought it didn't matter, but a lot of people in the sign up thread reported the rank they are or reached recently.
I'm not referring to any of the drama, but I am just wondering.

We have never discussed our "story" and all we have is based upon personal contact with Minister, as far as I can tell. "He said, she said" is all we've been conveying. After I've come clean I've had no reason to lie about anything, it's not going to improve the situation any. Why have a "story" when I just have my subjective experiences? :/

It does not matter. This was discussed with myself & L3gendary a while back. As I have stated, players such as plus/myself/munkie/ihufa hit B- (some of us lost the rank while laddering, while some of us kept the rank). This is okay, because we all stated our max rank as C+ which was true at the time.
This would not have affected Minister but the difference is he said he was C- which was an outright lie.

-Babo is banned indefinitely from CRTL & CRIT/YSL, minimum of 1 season each, for smurfing, account sharing, and faking evidence.
-Slowbullets is banned for 1 season of CRTL for condoning the account sharing, denying knowledge and responsibility, and lying about order of events.
-Minister was already perm banned from future seasons.
-Result of Hero vs sB.Xaxo + Show Spoiler +
-C Entus will face + Show Spoiler + in the finals.

I fully accept my fault and the organizer's decision. In fact I find it to be more lenient than I expected. However, no one should worry, I will not be entering any of the above leagues any time soon (even beyond the 1 season limit).

I share the exact same sentiments. Thank you for this league L3gendary - besides this whole fiasco, I sincerely say I had a blast with the team as I never was in the team league experience. With the aid of this tournament, I improved drastically as well. As for the punishment, I accept, no questions asked - I would not even mind a permanent ban to the league due to my actions.
My apologies to everyone involved, I should not have lied but it was kind of a spur of the moment. BAD decision on my part, I don't know what benefit that could have done...

SJ.SuGo started playing again on March 6 and reached B- on April 21. Before March he was inactive. You don't reach B- less than 2 months after starting to play again if your previous max was C+.

Claiming to be C- is stupid if your max rank really is C+. But if you're B- or higher, posing as an unknown C- draws less attention to you than saying C+ and having people question your max rank. I think smurfing as C- was a calculated decision, not some flash of idiocy by Sugo. If he said his real rank maybe he'd have simply been banned outright.
There's no "ABSOLUTE PROOF", but maybe that's just because he clears stats every season and has other accounts we don't know of anyway. Sugo claimed to me that he was A- max (and apparently has said the same to Metal[x]). I don't trust that either, but I find it hard to believe that your team is incapable of finding his true rank/accounts when he's IRL friends with Babo, you invited him to your team, and he's in Skype with you. You're playing this off like the only reason he was banned to begin with was for being silly and saying C- for no reason, but it seems to me that he knew exactly what he was doing.
