Because as of now, only people who frequent BW forums are aware of it, which is actually not that many people anymore sadly

On the other hand tournaments with many players is always great, for presenting it to sponsors or w/e, simply for the joy of the organizer to see that people came and maybe enjoyed what they put their time into.

Also, from looking @ The GC experience, you should try and affiliate with some aids to make sure things run smoothly. Looking from my experience of dealing with Brood War in General, there will be very few volunteers for this. Also, the dates are in the OP... Which would mean that you probably didn't read the OP.

I stated before i am ready to buy a ticket for Prague and possibly Berlin. I can help organizing or whatever. Counstrucitve critisism: like EonZerg said, i think people are waiting on more exact info. You have to make it more official. When people start seeing Dates are set in stone, locations are established, partners are in on it, they will start flooding in like a flowing river.
Only 5 months until this event goes down. I have organized a lot of things in my life and can tell you that its never too early to start getting prepared.

This is every Western country as well: peru/chile/usa/can/etc? Basically I assume there will be a private thread for the online qualifiers by the time it's rolling around, that's when I will decide if I will register or not. edit: also I mentioned stuff about maps and so forth, basically if information was a pylon, and I am a Protoss player who just got knowledge of the tour blocked...

Assuming there are still too few players from the Americas by the time European Qualifiers start, the seat reserved for them will be removed.

Also asking a couple of popular people that used to play BW or people that used to cast it (The old OSL/MSL casters) to cast or at least give a shout out wouldn't hurt. *Cough* *Cough* We all know who I'm talking about.
