on top of all this Sea has been kind of unmotivated for the better part of at least 2 seasons, and since Tyson's run on MBC he hasn't proven much. | ||

It seems that everything is coming together for them at the right time. Rain is one of the two best Kespa players at SC2, Fantasy has been in good form all season and it seems like Bisu has finally learned how to SC2. | ||

And Jaedong is just too old. He has lost his edge a long time ago. He is a spectacular player, but he can't handle the role he's got in this team. He can't be the only player with killer instinct and guts. And if this doesn't change I don't see him continue playing very long. What should happen, it's obvious in my opinion, is that Baby takes a much more important role in the team. But he is too weak mentally. It's a team of losers. You also have to question that there is no drafting system in Proleague. The strong teams (those with good financial backing) just have more depth and the gap has been widening over the years between the 'small' teams (OZ, eSTRO, STX, Wemade, Woongjin...) and the rich teams (SKT, KTF/KT and, behind these two, Khan and CJ). | ||

They have drafts...I believe its not nhl/nfl style draft but its still a draft and last year (at least) one of the better players opted to go to one of the worse teams to try to have more play time (if my memory doesnt fail, a good terran went to stx refusing skt?). There is maybe a gap between some teams but it is not as huge as you sound....6 teams could go in this year, depending on the last day. Thats a pretty tight race if you ask me. | ||
