Yeah, even though it's one ling, I think it may be the hold position that tipped him off. But who knows..

What tipped his hand? yes, scan mutalisk movement was off from shine, casters mentioned that and the general lack of lings in the area too ofc noobs like us can't even see that, it's flash who can sense all those things ingame
Plus Flash had a safe 2 comsats in case of any more cheesy play.

Flash rolls into Shine's nat and after no miracles happened, Shine GG's out. Game 4.5 won by Flash!
"LEE YOUNG HO" cheered from the crowd, no surprises.
Final scores for the night: Shine 1.25 Flash 3.5 Grandma 2 Hax 3 Keyboard PROXY HATCH 1.
Hax for MVP fo the night, closely followed by the PROXY HATCH and Flash in that order. Grandma and Keyboard get a word of recognition for their efforts, the other contestant did not qualify unfortunately.

Props for trying really really really hard Shine.

lol@Shine being upset. Even scamming your way into an extra game couldn't do anything for you. Well played by Flash and good riddance. 4-1.

Pros rarely do something for nothing. Only Flash knows, but I suspect he asked himself, "Why does Shine want to fight here so badly?"

Yup this, he scanned so he could gain some vision and whaddya know? That was part starsense on Flash's part, part idiocy on Shine's part XP

It's not like you don't expect something cheesy when you play vs Shine... Well the reason why it did not work when Jaedong tried it was completely different though
I just meant that you're supposed to be extra cautious when playing against Shine. Even if there was 1% chances that zerglings were burrowed here, Flash had to scan, because he can afford it. Against someone like Jaedong, he can't afford to waste a scan like this.
Just like keeping an scv or building something at his third backdoor in game 3 would have been wise against Shine

Best random scan will remain the one on those two stop lurkers against EffOrt though...

I actually think it's because he JUST MISSED the mutas (they were flying below his bio on the cliff) as he moved out so he suspected lurkers
