The map might be terrible for Terran in standard play, but for all we know Flash has spent an entire season working on a snipe build just for this contingency. There was just no reason to use it until now, since that kind of thing only works once. 2. Flash is well-known for turning map balance on its head. Remember when Katrina was a TvP graveyard?
