No, I'm pretty sure everyone besides known KT fans had Team 8, CJ and SKT over KT. Everyone though Team 8 was the dream team, that CJ was going to be unstoppably deep with Effort added to a stacked roster, and, well, SKT was the #1 team last proleague regular season.
I'd say KT was the consensus 3rd or 4th favorite. Shame how badly Team 8 imploded.

I hate it when people complain about "omg KT vs SKT again" and start hating on KT. Do people not realize that SKT was automatically seeded into the finals and KT had to fight there way? If you want to blame KT then blame SKT. If SKT didn't get first place and knock down Khan in the regular season then KT and SKT would have to duke it out before the finals and only one would move on, eliminating the chance of a SKT vs KT final.

Every team wants to win. I don't think SKT and KT should be faulted for that. The onus is on the other teams to get their acts together and start putting up a real fight next season (I'm looking at you, CJ).

To sound like one of the KT vs SKT whiners (not you Gescom) The perfect setup would be Khan or CJ with the number 1 spot and KT and SKT with seeds 3 and 4. That would be perfect.

i dont like the automatic seeding, too much advantage to the winner of regular season and if it were the other way we would end up seeing more diverse games, instead we keep seeing KT KT KT (yeah i have a KT icon but seriously!). shouldve been something like skt vs kt and khan vs cj and the winners of that play each other. sigh

Not necessarily. The stats look worse than they are because aside from Stats and Brave, most of the tosses who were sent there aren't exactly in form. Bisu has a good chance of a PvZ which he'd be a favorite in, or at worst a PvP which is a tossup. I don't think SKT will field a zerg there since soO doesn't really stand a better chance vs CH/Stats than Bisu.

Can't say I thought so. This season went pretty much how I expected:
1. T8 would fail because of the shortcomings of Jaedong.
2. SKT would be at or very near the top.
3. KT would get a lower spot in the playoffs but manage to get to the finals.
4. CJ would do well enough in the season, and play like trash in the playoffs.
KT cheesing into a final was no surprise.
