well i said this because effort had a BO disadvantage and action seemingly held the lead but due to efforts heroic micro he crawled back into it. effort should have already lost but he tied the game mid game and just as he was gaining, he got sniped and lost momentum and lost. sad cuz effort was overcoming his early game BO disadvantage and nearly had it.

If there's anything I learned from BW it's
1) When a protoss is losing on ICCUP, he's making DTs.
2) When someone is bitter because a player won, don't try and convince them the player did well. :p
It never fails to abide by those two lessons! :D
