Don't be mad on Team8. Apart from ACE, they worst training conditions. And they have only 1 coach, where SKT have 4 (Park + race-coaches), and KT have even more, I heard.
Everything is a remix.

Buhuuu I'm sp sad on JD behalf. Why is he stuck with always the worst coaches + training atmosphere..
Well, he played a great game from yet another BO loss in ZvZ. At least nice to see that his JvZ is back in form.

Team8 cheesed out of the playoffs

Well, its not like I didn't expect it.

Silence. I'll give you the three real reasons why T8 isn't in the playoffs:
1. Coaching/Lineups [choices]
2. Sea
3 Killer

The results speak for themselves.

All these players have proven they can perform at the top, it's up to a coach to make sure they get and stay there.
So yes point 1 but 2/3 are the result of point 1.
Team 8 failed and he's to blame, it's more then looking cool with sunglasses in the studio, it's your interaction with player making them feel confident suporting them, do as much as possible so they can focus 100% on the game.
Perhaps it's to much for him alone, but considering his past succeses he disipoints me and he can not make T8 play solid each and every time.

The coach can only do so much when he isn't the one playing the game. It's unbelievable that you actually think a coach can be held 100% accountable for a player's performance. Players slump. Sea and Killer just had horrible timing on theirs.

Indeed, I cannot wait until next season though. At least they'll both be incredibly cheap! o;

Shy so good man, really rookie of the year. Also I am impressed @ JDvsZ was very nice. Too bad T8 lost again though.

Seeing Jaehoon's crushed facial expression at the end of game 5 was vicariously devastating.

But it's not too big of a deal, since each season is about half as long now. T8 fighting

Flying actually played pretty good in terms of micro. Meanwhile, I dont know what happened to poor Sea, having actually once been one of the better players.

Am I the only one who thinks Soulkey just needed to tech up to hive?

come on, he had every advantage possible - even spores. Very similar to their game last season, except that Jaedong had the lead and gave it away (but in that game in was the defending player (SK) who had spores). Here for SK task was even easier - with earlier 3 gas, more mutas and already set up spores, he could tech up without any difficulties. And a technological ZvZ has the advantage of you not losing because of a single micro fuck up, it's more reliable and has more options of maneuver (in any sense). And come on, in addition to in-game advantages, it's just beautiful to watch, come on, can't two best Zerg players set up a good show for the public?

Don't understand why not make at least devourers and/or queens+ensnare.

P.S.: yeah for me honestly it was the single most interesting part of the match, not much care for the result. But it will be nice to see Woongjin in play-offs (t8 already no chances and barely had any before the match). So, go Woongjin.
For the Swarm!!! Jaedong & Neo_G.Soulkey fan.

It maybe would have taken Jaedong out of his comfort zone too.

Anytime 2 greats dog it out in a 1v1 and someone tries to minimize their skill, or even simplify what they're doing by "it's just..." or "all they're doing is..." they're just waving the flag of ignorance :/

As an aside, Team 8, I'm going to have to cheer for only Jaedong. My sanity can't handle both of you losing.

if you mean SK relies more on macro, and JD more on micro and aggression then yes

what does this have to do with my quote? do you disagree that the big muta battle at jd's nat was not really microed at all after initial engagement?

I was shaking in both JD and JH game... I wanted them to win so much (yes JD won but nothing was so sure before the big muta battles)

Heart breaking. This game has to much emotion linked to it
Bisu[about JD]=I was scared (laughs). The force emanating from his facial expression was so manly that I was even a little jealous.
