No, thats was pretty all-in, with so many lings, you'll be quite behind economically, especially if your lings do no damage...or just run into a few cannons. The probe needed to stay alive. | ||

Yes, by the time he built all those lings, he was all-in. He didn't start building all those lings until he knew he'd won. 8 speedlings is not all-in. | ||

Seeing such early gas and such late 3rd hatch, Bisu should have played safe with atleast another cannon, probably 2 more for 3 cannons total. | ||

Generally the probe doesn't look for the 3rd until later on. I think what Bisu could've scouted was that soulkey's first 100 gas wasn't spent on lair. | ||

If you go fast 3 hatch and cut drones to pump nothing but lings, you have the sole intention to end it before the Protoss gets a wall in his expo, preferable before 3 canons and 3 zealots. If you succeed with your bust, its a matter of sniping probes, destroying the pylon that powers the wall, and eliminating each zealot as it comes out. If not, you await a long painful death starting with being supply blocked, dts, reavers, too many ways to die. Come on people, this is obvious. | ||
