I predict barracks in the middle of the map, dts, 5/9pools and all-in goliath FBH style. Everyone is so greedy to make playoffs, theres no telling who is going to win today.
All he had to do was snipe obs when movie had one out, then sacrifice some lings to snipe reaver instead of running them in lines around Movie's ball. Terrible game, definitely not recommended.
Leta is one of the most handsome BW gamers we have - on a good day. Let the guy explore and have fun with his hair and don't take things too seriously. Roros hair looks amazing right now

Wow almost as if we weren't watching the same game. After losing his first HT to those lurkers movie was practically dead, all great had to do was defend and he had it in the bag. Except for some reason he decided to have 80% of his army defend one of his two chokes.

Yeah those templars almost brought Great back. But he had absolutely no tech whatsoever because of the early Hydras into only Macro against Upgrades, Templars and Reavers.

And to do the worst flank I've seen this season.
Yeah well if he had more than 3 lurkers and 1 sunken defending his nat he wouldn't have needed to flank in that horribad position.

That's also true. Standard TvP so far, I'm a bit sad that Kal did not bring the cheese to the table.

Wrong, he was ahead but decided to fuck up everything, starting with obs sniping and ending with "flank" When P loses hts like that and moves out with that single obs hes just asking to have it sniped.Great didn't even try to do it, game observer pointed it out few times.

I was literally screaming at my laptop, Leta's vultures were not in a good position at that point either, Kal would've easily rolled that push. I guess he pussied out because he had no legs on the lots. If so, stupid.

pure fail. he saw 8 fac + coming and he engages head on mech terran.
He didn't engage. -__- he lost half his army not engaging, and let leta casually build turrets and lay mines at his door. Engaging is what he should've done.

True. I meant engage late when mech has already settled in his entrance all nice and cozy when he had the chance earlier mid map.

And am I the only one who thinks that his zealot legs upgrade was too late?

(huhu so beast)
During the big push-break, Kal came up from the bottom with his goons and a chunk of zealots. The Terran support units kited upwards along the tank line just as the break started, and a large amount of Kal's zealots crested the ramp in a flank from that side. Those zealots stumbled directly into the mass of vultures while the tanks took the meat of the army apart. I think this was a decisive factor that game. Kal's zealot flank had the potential to drop directly onto the tank line and dismember the push, but a slight mistiming meant that those zealots were only able to engage in a very suboptimal fashion. The failure of that push-break meant that Kal was at a serious disadvantage with a turreted tank line just outside his third. There may have been other factors that played into that battle, but that was the moment it was lost.

how about running your by far best player FBH more than 5 times a season? screw them. I am glad these non-FBBhing idiots lose! Hope they get last again.

You can't really say that since you don't know how FBH is doing in the internal matches. If he is losing to piano and orion what's the point of sending him out?

yes. bo5 is kinda anticlimactic. some days end in 30 minutes without even 1 interesting match.
Then again, when two sets went to ace with some TvT's in the mix you could spend a good 5hrs+ watching BW. Not to mention OSL / MSL games that followed. Good times.

4 spores vs None... that's very costly.
But 3-4 spores are standard against 9pool's faster mutas, and people still say 12 pool > 9pool.

He could never pressure the 2nd hatch thanks to the ramp is my guess. I also think he took his second gas too late. Not sure though, I hardly understand anything in ZvZ

Uh, really? I guess if it's 9pool lair first or something. 12pool lair vs 9pool speed spire timings are not that different.

Why would he lose to them? They suck.
And even if he loses, then they suck because they can't perform in front of cameras. You can give them shots too, but do not do it in favor of the only guy in your team that constantly wins the majority of his Proleague games. It is retarded, that what it is, and I don't need any inside information to tell that with 100% safety.

Somehow the idea that FBH is just not doing so well seems to be more plausible to me than the notion that you have better understanding who should ACE send than the management of ACE. Occam's razor.
Didn't ACE say they basically flip a coin as to who gets to play on each day in their interviews? I'm sure they weren't entirely serious about it, but I wouldn't be surprised if they aren't taking their matchups TOO seriously either, I haven't really seen much consistency or logic behind who they send out tbh, lol.

It would be stupid to question them because what do we know? Just like with our governments? I get it.
Even authorities do stupid things sometimes, and not sending FBH is one of those things. His level of play is so far above everyone else's on Ace that it would take a broken hand for him to be a worse choice than those guys.

Actually I think it would have been a really good idea to send out FBH against CJ given how key CJ's Zergs are to their success and how good FBH's TvZ is, even this season, just looking at TLPD.
Anyhow, CJ 3-0 Ace. All is right with the world again, it seems?

Theoretically not, but in reality there will be huge fight for top 4 spots in last round :O (or for 3rd and 4th place only if KT and Khan wont start to underperform)
Awww movie why'd you dye your hair >_<. And here I thought CJ was done with the bad hair colors.
I feel like game 1 should have been more recommended. Yeah I'm biased towards movie, yeah it was one sided and yeah it great's gg timing could have been better, but there was some really nice harass from movie except for the one whiffed storm and movie's reaver control was silky smooth.
Im sorry if this is completely of topic, but is Khan going to play two games in a row on the 11th? First vs KT and then vs Woongjin. I think it is an error in the calendar though...

Definitely an error, that match is suppose to happen on the 11th of March, I've asked Riptide to fix it. Thanks for picking it up.

Type firebathero in tlpd (BW (Korea)); select firebathero from player found list; press record and games tab; press the yellow "+" symbol next to the game on top of the list (i.e. latest); press VOD tab
Now you can view FBH's latest game and his subsequent ceremony. I know I could've linked it, but isn't this better?
