there was a lot of psychological warfare going on between the two players Jaedong thought: we are cross position, i only saw 8 marines, he's just trying to make me build sunkens to waste my econ, aint falling for that shit Flash thought: I'm going to fake him into thinking i'm just faking it, and rape him with MMF Flash won at a higher level, Jaedong lost the mind game, it wasn't a "rookie mistake". | ||

JD was a loser in a mind game BECAUSE he felt like a weaker player, if he thought he HAD to take that risk says much about his confidence... its sad because in a state he is now he cant project his vision of the game anymore | ||

I agree with this analysis and I'll add very good scouting denial (it's hard to get overlord near the terran base on this map), and those lost lings made it hard for Jaedong to know if Flash's pressure was real or not. | ||
