Yup. According to the medical team that made the diagnosis, By.Sun had a growth spurt but his internal organs didn't grow as fast as his height/frame so he developed pneumothorax. Before the surgery, he had been having chest pains.

I think you are slightly mistaken about that. He didn't play because we don't need all our strong players vs weak teams (like CJ). We rather save him and his secret trainings for worthy opponents (like these KT guys).
Just precaution in preparation for the worst though, we should win by a landslide regardless.

SKT1 finally get the long awaited Bisu vs Flash, in an epic game lasting over 40 minutes of pure insane micro/macro, Bisu becomes victorious. KT is heart broken as Flash was supposed to win game 1 for them. But all hope is not lost when KT makes a shocking comeback with 2 mediocre players and the score becomes 2-1
But then SKT decides fun time is over and send out BeSt and Fantasy to finish it off. In an epic game 5 with blood/sweat/and tears, we see the GG and Fantasy comes running out of the booth and hugs all his teammates in an epic 3 - 2 SKT victory

Pretty important match, If KT win 3-0 they will be first, If SKT win they will remain first. We're the team that swept CJ aside like it was nothing, KT gonna feel the force of our momentum.
