UED Gaming has arrived on the Starcraft scene to provide exciting events for you to spectate. UEDGaming.com is supporting eSports by investing in the Brood War foreign scene to bring you live events and high quality gaming.
After the success of our first KOTH event. we’d like to introduce the second UEDGaming.com King of the Hill, which will take place on the 18th of December 2011, 19:30 CEST. The event is brought to you live at www.UEDGaming.com. For the players there's a $100 on the line and the community can experience a taste of what’s to come.
On top of that, the event will streamed and casted by none other than Elegant.
We have invited a number of the very top players of the Foreign BroodWar community to play in a King of the Hill format. The players will be randomly seeded to a number of maps (tba). The first two players will play their game on the first map in a Best-of-1 series. The winner advances to play against the third player. The winner of that plays the fourth player and so on and so forth. The last match will be a Best of Three (loser picks). The current King of the Hill  Sneazel returns in the first match to defend his title.
Prizes can be earned via a number of ways:
- The Last Man Standing will receive $40
- The player with the Longest Streak (consecutive wins) will receive $60
- If a player manages both these feats (Last Man Standing AND Longest Streak he will win a grand total of $100
- If two or more players are tied for Longest Streak, the $60 will be divided among them.

Oh didn't even see that first. But yeah nice face-off for starters for sure ^^ Also if everyone loses to the next player they face you can still win 100$ by 2-0ing Castro

I just realized we have a clanwar with iFu in gambit cup @ 20:00 CET, sort of bad timing but at least I am last so I should be able to play in both. We got skzlime/ace/sziky in both too though.

If you cannot make this event please contact Pholon asap so he can make arrangements for those who want to be in it can be included. Contacting Pholon via TL would probably be the best cause of action.

Hi!
A number of players who have signed up for this are now finding themselves in time conflicts with the Gambit Cup. This sucks. The format of this event is so that we cannot delay on match and cast it from replays later. All games are played back to back and in order. I don't want to postpone the event since and decision made to resolve this should not potentially negatively influence those that will show up for their games.
Therefore, the following solution:
If players show up for their games that's fine. I'll still try to get everyone in place and will allow some leniency (5 minutes) for players to finish a game)
If a player can't make it we can swap him out with someone (preferably same race) who wasn't on the initial list.
If less than half of the players show up we cut the prizemoney in half.
I believe this is a fair (albeit hasty) solution. I have faith that we can still put on a great show

I just have terrible time management and half the times I end up somewhere else at the time of these events. i.e university/sleep/futbol
