You have n > 5 players who are presumably all practicing hard for every match. Since only 5 maps are played, that means that at least one map will have multiple players practicing for it. You maximize your win probability under this system by having players of different races (or just different win probabilities based on their races and the map stats, really) prepare for sets 3-5 and choosing which one to send based on the previous entries.
