O_o Bootcamp is just a place where you go to get military training, in this case Kal is still receiving his basic military training. He has to complete that before he can play I think | ||

I'm not an expert on the military, but in this context I believe people are talking about a period of orientation, usually where those being orientated are under stricter living conditions/environment. | ||
