If you're only C+ on iCCup then maybe you should do more things that professional players do? I think the 1 Goon opening is actually safer than skipping Dragoons and its obviously a stronger opening, as virtually all the professional Protoss players have been using it. Best is just one of the numerous players using it. Professional players test all the known opening extensively and they use whichever openings they find to be the best; making sure to include variation within their strategies from game to game while also taking into consideration tendencies from their opponents and the maps. However, if you think the other opening is better, then go for it.
I don't watch replays of C rank players and I doubt any C rank players study professional games enough to even know about that build. Regarding 11 Nexuses, if I were to supply you with all the VODs the Observers showed it I would have to re watch every game where professionals go 11/12 Nexus and then link you to them. Since you don't seem like a very nice person and you don't even use the opening anyways I don't see the point in me doing this for you.

No offense but Puppykiller does nothing but talk smack and make excuses for his loses, , the only difference is that Kiante is like C / C+ skill while Puppykiller probably struggles to even hit C-, this won't even be close...Anyone who has watched both of these players should know that Kiante will win undefeated. gl hf though...
