Theres nothing gimmicky about it, it holds 2fac and fd with proper micro while getting a faster nexus than a 1 gate expo off 3 goons. dies to BBS but you scout for that, so yeah.
2) i dont 2 gate expo with goons, sayle does, got me mixed up bro. I go 1 gate 3 goon expo quite often with a zealot after core to get scouting info and defend bbs. lawl

No pro's go 12 nex pvp but it works perfectly fine at my skill level and i trust in OneOthers build creating abilities. I find it my most solid pvp in fact, with the highest winrate even if people expect it.
For example, when i play vs fold 2 gate reaver vs 2 gate reaver we probably would go 50/50 or maybe even him ahead. When i 12 nex i'm like 5-0 vs him. Sorry to fold for singling him out but its a good example.

Bisu used it one time and professional now open with 1 Dragoon and a Nexus on 21 Supply then they follow up with a second Gateway. Sure the opening may work (Holding you don't get mannered by an ebay) but its not the most effective build and it is gimmicky. Just because I can argue I've seen a proxy Zealot build used vs By.Sun before in a professional game in PvP doesn't mean its not a gimmicky build.
You claimed to go 2 Gate Goons and were suggesting its not a gimmicky opening.
12 Nexus PvP is a pretty useless build, also following up with 2 Gateways is incorrect. Both Perfectman and Free have shown the build in professional matches and both players followed up with Cannons and 1 Gateway into tech. I'd explain why going tech rather than 2 Gate Zealots is more effective but I really don't see any point in assisting you in developing your play. If you want a hint, refer to Perfectman going for an unscouted 2 Gate Zealot opening on the map Aztec and choosing to go for Dragoon tech rather than harassing with his Zealots on the map Aztec. The solution has to do with scouting information and army composition. Moreover, I can provide you with 13 examples from the 2010-2011 Proleague season in which the Observers actually show 11 Probes and then a Nexus in PvT. This is discounting all the games where Observers don't show the Probe count prior to the Nexus being built (Which is a majority of games). Therefore your argument regarding only Jangbi using the build because of a specific circumstance is frivolous.

Kiante, in all honesty, you got to C+ while playing alot of people that are ranked lower than you (C-), so I don't think it is fair for you to say you're really C+; I'd rather you mention your fish rank instead since you don't even play on ICCUP now.
Also, as for 12 nexus 2 gate zealot being good, Sayle has encountered that before. Fast 2-3 gate dragoons skipping a zealot completely raped him. Sayle didnt even get a complete scout of his opponent's base before losing his 5 zealots. That's pretty bad, considering a counter attack would be most likely game ending at that point. I think that's why pros opt for faster cannons and faster tech, in anticipation of a goon heavy-tech slow bust.
