I watched the last 3 games of the series and you played just as well as any other C- protoss on ICCup. He could have won, and should have won with better micro in the game on Tau Cross. In all honesty the grudgematch should have been a quick 3-0 for you. Yet you drug it out to 3-2 and nearly lost to "cheese"(I don't understand how timing pushes are cheese but ok). Maybe it was the pressure, or the maps, or you had an off day. I don't know, but the series was a lot close than it should have been and really you can't be happy with a 3-2 even if it is a "win". | ||

The question is what pressure is there from playing someone like Puppykiller? The fact you had people watching you? The fact that i'd suffer extreme humiliation lost coupled with the fact that i pretty much never play in tournament style situations combined to form extreme pressure. Its great that you can play in your icc cl division whatever the fuck that means but playing competatively like this (ie: not ladder) is a new thing for me apart from a smattering of random tournaments i've entered over the past couple of years. I dont see how my level of play, or the scoreline demeans my result. I played a grudge match and i won. This isn't about you, this was me standing up against someone trash talking me. I called him out, i beat him. Thats how the grudge match works. I dont see how you feel like its your job to come into this thread and devalue my victory. i'm well aware of how poorly i played, but in the end i won. woop woop | ||

We can talk all about how puppy could've played better or w/e, but at the same time Kiante could've played better too. Given the result, we can say that maybe puppy isn't as bad as everyone thought he was, but at the end of the day, Kiante is still better. A win is a win, don't go around trying to take away from that. Stop hating each other or find a way to get more grudge matches  | ||
