False. He abused in the $250 Defiler TvZ tournament in which he was invited to, and in #26. More importantly, TSL2? He wasn't banned from either of those. Defiler #26 was 2-3 weeks ago. The amount of forgiveness that is being provided for 4 years of consecutive cheating is astounding to say the least. He's even permanently banned from TeamLiquid... and for BW players, you can count those people on your 2 hands.

Apparently there already is a sponsor, and contrary to popular belief not every tour has to be done by you or Game. It is just not your tournament. Nor does it need your judgement all over it. Again. i totally agree that Scan should be banned from all tours cause he has been cheating in 4,5 tours past few years, but on the other side why noone complain about LRM)game playing UEDGaming KOTH, i mean hes been cheating in whole season of CL (10cws or maybe more ) and in playoffsfinals, try steal joekims money, and other shit ...

Well, lovely, intelligent friend posting in the absolute inappropriate thread, you are Croatian. As you are a Croatian, Scan is an abuser. Both of these things are proven facts. I, on the other hand, am the Loch Ness Monster. A few people that only the naive believe say they've seen it, and it's factual, and can describe without flaw the details of it's being. But in reality, the interpretation of fairy tales, especially those that have been scientifically and physically exposed as myths, are left up to the masses.

As far as this tournament goes... I predict  Sziky vs  Scan on one side, and TerrOr vs Bakuryu on the other side.
Edit: Although.. I think Bakuryu is the only one who could run into serious trouble in his group, Tama afaik has been practicing quite hard as of late.

How can Scan abuse in a tournament where 1) there is no ladder (so he can't ladder abuse), 2) he plays under his own name, and all 15 other players are supposed to play so he cannot "play against himself".
Still no facts of an in-game abuse like map-hack, match fixing, or etc...
I know Scan is a rather BM person, and so on. But he is good player, and he seems to admit his abuse facts, so... I'd give him chance to play in this tournament if I were the organizer (though, Olsior seems to do this, too  ).
And the last. IMHO - different organizers = different rules. I see this ok if Scan can't play in LRM tours, but for sc2tv's ones its perfectly ok to let him play. If he for some moment abuses there, too - I think then sc2tv bans him from their tournaments too. But while he didn't why raise this question?? It's just a prejudice towards a person, I don't think this is good.

scan is a good player or hacker? make a couple of years ago banned the TSL (map hacking), and later turned out to be more games and others like to use cw's study is all a long time. Then, we will continue to be lost when the old admins without having to return to continue.

Another accurate statement sir, it's almost as if they are never ending. You guys sure love your drama.
At first I wasn't going to reply to a post that consisted of primarily lies, half truths, and a lot of edited text which makes things look out of context. But, you guys seem to not be able to understand that my integrity has not been compromised (and never will be) by cheating in a league I was banned from unjustly. If I was as cowardice and abusive as you all say, I promise you I would not only run away with the ISL2 money, but would not have organized so many tournaments and wasted so much of my life keeping the scene that I love alive.

I don't really feel the need to apologize other than to the teams that we beat last season, but I'm quite sure we would've won the last championship and had the a majority of the same results anyway. Team Noobs, while a good rival, couldn't even field a team last iCCupCL championship and had to use 2v2 players for 1v1. The reason I don't feel the need for an apology is that my intentions were benevolent.
Also, a TL admin told me if I make a proper response to JoeKim that I'd be banned. Ironic, because he wasn't banned. Moreover, I shall not expose his lies, or make a dramatic blog about it where I conjure up anything to make myself look better, nor will I spam every single website possible.
The end. Scan was caught with one offense (TSL2 giving free wins to Mercury for money). You've had a personal vendetta against him which is also evident in my "edited" Skype logs. You tell everyone that he stream cheated in ISL1, which is why he was banned from ISL2. Scan recorded his ISL1 games with FPVOD, which provide all of his sounds and all of his clicks. He's banned for trying to smurf and qualify for ISL2 Preventing him from playing in any of your Prize Tournaments "forced" him to smurf/share accounts to ultimately win money. Hence, the domino effect takes place. So, on a more serious note, no one posts here because they want to raise Game's voice for him, he's shown on many occasions that he can do that himself. People just honestly believe that a repeat abuser(What is it now, 6 times?) should be banned from all tournaments(Shoker! I didn't expect this) because if he isn't then he'll keep abusing because of no apparent punishment. So, you can keep talking about how Game is a god and we all bow down to him, or you can accept that there are actually people other than Game who actually don't like Scan because of his repeat abuse.
