There is a good reason why Fantasy was(arguably) the most deserving player to win a Starleague(who has never won one). Fantasy is fucking awesome Ok(he does have Fantasy GG timing and his recent PL hasn't been that impressive, but overall, Fantasy is a very solid Terran).
Fantasy is very capable in his own right, and a truly S-Class level player with adequate preparation for his opponent. I think he's clearly weaker in the general blind draw PL format compared to himself in leagues.

Fantasy isn't as dependent on successful vulture harass to beat protoss as you may think. Protoss have come up with various ways of blocking vulture harass a while ago (ex. pylon walls) but save for a few dips here and there Fanta's TvP remains as strong as it's ever been. His spider mine placement and siege tank positioning/target firing are usually sublime and he's won more than his fair share of TvP even without Jung Laden-ing his opponent's mineral lines. As for beating BeSt in a macro game....even Flash has trouble with that. Besides Fanta and Best are on the same team so we'll never know (unless BeSt actually qualifies for OSL/MSL lol who am I kidding)I know it's easy to hate on Fantasy now because of his struggles in proleague but let's not forget how clutch he was in the 2009 SPL finals, or how he carried SKT in the 2010 proleague. 65% career TvP win rate, 9-1 in last 10, 2nd highest TvP ELO. He's not on Flash's level, but no one else is on Fantasy's level either.

Fantasy might have been in a slump the last two months, but he's unquestionably the second best terran over the last three years, and quite likely the fourth best player overall—yes, more successful than Stork. This is taking into account both individual and team leagues.

Flash > Sun
HoeJJa > BeSt
CH > s2
Or a huge number of other possible combinations that get KT to ace, where they have a definite advantage assuming the ace map isn't Aztec/Icarus.
