Someone answers please. what the hell happened ? Read the first post. It has how it happened, their initial choices and then the seeded players who could move people around.

Group D - You can't be serious.

"watched", in this case, means that the person giving spotlight to another player
Example: Bisu was being watched by Jaedong and Calm Fantasy was being watched by Hydra. I'd really like to know why Great targetted Sea, especially given Sea's poor record in individual leagues. There were players there who were far bigger threats. Also curious as to why Really seemed a little pissed with Great. Only the seeds of the MSL did the "watching", and I don't know why great targeted Sea. Really was pissed with great because Really said that great had no "force" as a silver medalist. Thanks!

I'm a little confused as well...

Hydra and great are scared of the big 3. Stork isn't really an issue when it comes to vZ. Flash, JD, and especially Bisu can easily beat great and Hydra with no problem.
I mean hell, if Fantasy can do it I doubt Flash won't be able to.
That's smart with what those two did, but it's extremely fucking underhanded tactics. I hope Flash and Bisu moves on, but I honestly have no clue what will happen now.

What a waste.... a bo1 between the three best players of the world instead of a Bo3 or a Bo5. I hope both great and Hydra will be rolled over this season. Why do you guys take it for granted that Jaedong, Flash and Bisu would play eachother under normal circumstances?
Bisu haven't played Jaedong in a starleague since Arena MSL. That's 3 years ago. Last time he played Flash was in GOM season 2, 2 years ago. Last season, when Flash got eliminated from both leagues, everyone including me was talking about a Bisu vs Jaedong finals. Well, that didn't happen.
Jaedong and Flash have quite a history though, but what's so special about them playing again for the 20th time? Jaedong will just get rolled, and even if he have catched up with Flash, that means he probably should have no trouble eliminating Bisu and Sea as well, so I just can't see what the issue is. This group isn't very "fair" to Bisu, Jaedong and Sea, but they are all competent players who've had long careers, so they don't really have to prove anything. It might seem like Sea is the loser here, but I think this kind of challenge is the next step for him. I also think Sea is the kind of person who would like this kind of challenge, so it could be something that would spark him to reach that next level. As for Jaedong and Bisu, they are both aiming for the finals, and that means they would have to earn that top 2 spot eventually either way. Of course, having a quarter-final or semi-final with Bisu and Jaedong would be ideal, but as I said, there's no guarantee that this would happen. Atleast now we're guaranteed a few kickass games.
Snow's group must be the weakest in MSL history btw.

My Ideal map pool would be for group D:
<Aztec> <Don't Care> <Icarus> <Icarus> <Dante's Peak>
|
No, this will be the ideal map:
First Match: <Aztec> Winners and Losers Match: EoTS Final Match: Aztec
trololol GO BISU!!
|
^ Unless they've created a new map for this MSL, Dante's Peak SE will probably be in the map pool.
