Do you mean ELO ranking? Hydra would not have passed JD even if he won against Killer.
Do you mean Power Ranking? That's done once a month. So the power ranking now will be the power ranking until at least March 1st.

Actually what probably happened was Jaedong trained with Killer for the semifinals primarily and voila... Killer became closer to Jaedong level muta micro. Hydra probably wasn't as hyped/tense as he was against Jaedong... I guess that's my take on it. Even so, amazing win by Killer, getting revenge in proleague

Their ELO is within 5 points of eachother, I'd say it's possible that Hydra could have passed Dong.

Jaedong lost to bbyong who is sub-2000 in Elo. He should have taken a big hit from that, right?

If Jaedong can get his mojo back, Oz is going to rape everyone.

You are really taking the work of other people for granted if it annoys you ELO ranking is not updated right after a game. Show a little respect.

Oh yeah I didn't watch that game forgot that ever happened LOL
I think Hydra passes JD anyway, he'll take too much of a hit from losing to Bbyong.

oh man.
lesson learned: do not send an overnight starleague champion as your ace.

We're not exactly talking about a difficult task. People selectively update the records of their favourite players by the minute all the time. What I'd like is some consistency.

Jaedong lost to bbyong who is sub-2000 in Elo. He should have taken a big hit from that, right? It kind of is updated. Just at a later time. It will add each win up and give you his peak, even if it doesn't show him being #1 at any point. If for example I enter a bo5 with JD -1 point of jaedong's ELO and I win the first, it will show my ELO increase. But then when I lose the next 3 my ELO will drop back down. So you still gain the points, just maybe not that 20 minutes of recognition.

Although, now that I remember, last year's WL was very similar. JD was slumping pretty badly while Hiya and Killer really stepped it up.

Updating the BW TLPD is easiest if you add the entire series at the same time. So most people usually wait until the end so they can copy the results section in its entirety.
