Sair --> +1 Speedlot vs. 3 hatch Spire simcity --> 5 hatch hydra, very normal.

2 Sunkens at each base repel Bisu's speedlots. Bisu getting a Robo & pooling corsairs, may be going for Sair/Speedlot/Reaver.

EDIT: he has templar tech, so probably not.
