last time i saw free's pvt was vs fanta if he plays the same i dont see what mind can do unless he has a special build for us god knows he had the time to make one
free pushes towards mind with shuttle loaded with zealots and about a control group of goons, doesn't achieve much apart from getting 1 tank and then loses shuttle as well
mind plan was to deny hime the left side of the map hence starving his carriers but the storms ate him alive too cost efficient for starvation plans so he managed to keep some and the carriers are now too much for the starving mind still great game denying him so much
The choice is interesting because lucifer was specifically stated by team as player to watch out for in public interview. Will see if that assertion holds up, though I wonder crazy.hydra is good enough calibration stick for skill.
really looks to come out ahead in mech battle outside baby's natural, has a bit of a contain. baby dropping vultures in really's mineral line and being annoying, also has a wraith out, also being annoying
really runs vultures to baby's third, does decent harass. baby continuing to use drops, being irritating. really finally getting third up as baby looks to take fourth
Baby so good. gg, superior decision making triumphs. For some reason TvT is one of my favourtie matchups when one of the players playing it are highly competent.

Soulkey just "ate too much" that game, was on like 7 gas at one point. Midas was doing ok when he was harassing with dropships but after that he didn't harass anywhere =(
Wemade's coach makes such stupid decisions, sends 2 obvious lose's and the always unsuccesful mind first, ffs, he has roro, shine, pure, midas, baby and he only starts sending good guys after being 0-3
Midas played well but mech turtling doesnt work when you can get flanked by all sides at the same time, map was just too wide for terran play

I don't understand it either. Roro was so strong last season. And surely Pure and Shine are better than Lucifer.

close gas expansions, high grounds for mech to take advantage of.
but midas just lost too many units while trying to push/contain.. or rather, soulkey did an absolutely amazing job
Good point on the gas, there is just so much on this map o_o I think just high groud is overrated for mech, small paths seems more important to me. Soulkey showed that pretty well with his drop and flanking. But I agree his play was incredible though, many zergs would have lost that game.

With the best of 7 system you have to worry about depth. They lost NaDa so they are down to somewhat consistent BaBy, Shine, RorO and Pure. Midas might be as good as he was last season and Mind is always a bad choice. So you have to build some depth of play at some point. In all honesty I would have preferred to see Sacrsi over herO[jOin] but it's early in the season so you have time to make mistakes and attempt to create some depth in the line-up.

You forgot major, but yeah WMF didnt use 3 of their strongest cards, but Pure wasnt fielded at all last season even though he kicked as in the playoffs...

Pure was well below average outside of the OSL and MSL season going 15-19 in PL compared to BaBy who went 25-19. BaBy was one of their strongest players outside of RorO and Shine. Pure is just too inconsistent in PL to warrant constant placement.
You can't constantly play Shine, RorO, Pure, BaBy, and Midas. it gets to easy to snipe players, especially since they like to play on the same maps consistently, So you NEED Major, Sacrsi, Lucifer, and hero[join] to step up and make the team deeper and much more consistent, which has been their biggest problem.
