I'm surprised WCG USA isn't included on TL's calendar. djWHEAT + day9 + others will be casting and hosting what should be a great show starting in just a couple hours from now.
and I'm curious as to what the starcraft 2 exhibition is at the end of tomorrow...

Me too, played my first game of bw in 3 weeks tonight and im so terrible. Gonna fail tomorrow.
The Andreyy vs. iNcontroL series showed how big of an edge the players who have stuck with BW full-time over the players who switched to SC2 (no offense to iNcontroL - I wish I could play BW at half the level he played at in that match). Even though SC2 has it's own mechanics that players need to keep on top of, it seems that they are incredibly different than the basic mechanics of BW, and just the game itself is so different.
I think we'll see Nyoken roll through his group with relative ease today.

yea he's the ref, it's Jon "Wizard" Kendter (I believe he is doing all stage refing)!! I wish I could of ref'd WCG US Finals again
Just tuned in when Ranged was taking the middle expansion, thought he had the win when he took the bottom right natural. Such great play from both players. Feedback and maelstrom, awesome play from Ranged! Machine's macro and drops at the bottom right were vicious! Sick game!!

There was, EG.iNcontroL and EG.Machine played a Bo3.

EG.iNcontroL > EG.Machine on Metalopolis EG.iNcontroL > EG.Machine on Lost Temple
EG.iNcontroL 2:0 EG.Machine
Would've been nice if they stuck to their planned schedule, I don't think that was set to start until about 15 minutes ago. League of Legends is on now.
Aside from Ranged's offensive gg/exit, he's been playing pretty well in this series. Nyoken was much more of a known quantity, but Ranged has really acquitted himself well this tournament.
Ranged < Fighting Spirit > Nyoken Ranged < Match Point > Nyoken
Wow that was a lot of fun to watch. The foreigner scene may not be as skilled, but there was still some impressive talent. I was rooting for Ranged, but he played pretty damn well so gj!
Thanks to everyone who rooted for me, I did better than I expected . Grats G5 for 1st and Nyoken for 2nd. Had a lot of fun meeting and chillin with everyone. Back to sc2!
so its G5 vs Kal? awesome. I don't know much about G5's PvP, but this match is going to be a treat nonetheless, one of the most entertaining foreigners vs one of the most entertaining korean players
GJ G5 =) I´m happy he won, it´s a shame that he has to play Kal that soon, being PvP (as far as i know) his worst MU... He did an amazing run... ...and his PvT was kick-ass as always:

Flash and Jaedong are truly...I dunno, kinda like religious icons for SC:BW. Even though JD has been losing against Flash lately...just watching them play, it really brings tears to my eyes. It's amazing. It's unprecedented. I don't even know what else to say about it.
EDIT: And is it just me, or does when Flash GGd to JD...there's a different light in Flash's eyes. The one that says "whoa...this guy is absolutely amazing...even if I am better, he's still almost up there with me." I've never gotten that vibe when Flash GG'd to anyone else. This applies to more than this just recent WCG.
Wrong thread, but thanks for the bump, mierin because I'll use this opportunity to ask if anyone knows when or if the new progaming (Proleague/OSL/MSL/Whatever) season starts.
Nice pics, JoeKim. Cheating shady fucker or not, you provided the one documetary evidence of the event. Let me know if this was offense; it's all in good fun.
