Legend moving out a bit now. Meets July's forces in the middle. Goody storms by legend, July not dodging for some reason. A lot of hydras dead nfor no reason. July also not sending most of his units, they're just afk on the highground while some die needlessly. July finally 1a-2a-3a his forces, still no storm dodging now. Oh this is terrible, lost a stack of mutas to a storm. He's still only sending out 1 group at a time, while everything else is afk on the high ground. Legend taking out units 1 at a time. | ||

Legend setting up cannons at 12, followed by a nexus. Defilers out. July going for a doom drop from 6. Legend pushing up the ramp to July's nat. Legend pulls back after encountering resistance on the ramp. Doom drop of cracklings take out the nexus and pylons. July's cracklings trying to defend his highground from zealot/good/archon/storms. Lings in Legend's main afk for a while before July sends them to destroy more buildings. Legend loses the remainder of his units to lings finally. Legend GGs. This was pretty sloppy from July. Too much time away from BW? | ||

It was elimination stage of the tournament and Savior lost 2-0. And at the time, Savior was considered hands down the number 1 ZvP player in the world. Bear in mind that in official games in Korea, Savior was 22-8 in 2007 in ZvP, with 5 of those 8 losses to Bisu (the other 3 to Nal_ra who won with a cheese attack, Stork who went 1-2 vs Savior in GomTV MSL S3, and Free who went 1-3 vs Savior in GomTV MSL S3). The Chinese players are very, very good. | ||

Do you actually follow the progaming scene ? Saying that Savior threw a game in 2007 and was on his decline shows you don't. Read the match fixing scandal history, and Savior's declarations to the court. Yes Stork raped PJ in the finals, but that was not the point. I was replying to someone who said that Korean could send top100 players and still take the 3 first places ("take it down with ease"). | ||

July opts for a sunken, toodming has extra set of lings. same spire timing, toodming has ling speed, july doesn't. july attacks with slow lings, hits the nat right when mutas pop, loses all his lings. lings run into july's base, but toodming mismicros his mutas and loses a fight july starts 3rd at 12 oclock, +1 def finishes. Toodming engages when his +1 def finishes, scourges hit.... but july has way more mutas, Toodming ggs. | ||

The format is adjusted for the koreans, Just 1 Bo5, normally, the one from loser's bracket gets a handicap (eg, if you come up from losers bracket you have to win 2 out of 3 to get 1st place) But due to request from STX, its just a straight up bo5 | ||
