People don't really hype until the actual finals thread comes up. Then again there wasn't that much hype in the last JvF final and with SC2 out, it'll probably even be less. Furthermore, Jaedong got 0-3 in a disappointing fashion and people may be stubborn enough to expect another so-so final.

Yeah, the last finals was pretty bad except for the first game. But even the first game was playing out in the fashion of if Flash succeeds in breaking through Jaedong before his build works out, Flash wins, but if Jaedong survives until his plan falls into place, Jaedong wins. Flash was pretty much going all-in and Jaedong's build was not only fucking ridiculous but he was really close to successfully pulling it off, in which case Flash would have gotten smashed. But Flash won, and Jaedong got raped the next two games.

But you know, even if the past two finals have been a bit lop sided, they both always brought out interesting builds, and wondering what they'll bring out this finals is enough for me to be excited about it regardless of what the results will be.

W/e happens, both are going to LA for the finals anyway. The game really couldn't matter less lol. On top of that theres no way any of them would reveal anything about their preparations for the MSL. Expect a lot of 4 pools / BBS / obscure builds / Jaedong practicing his muta micro / good natured chat

Am I the only one disapointed by jaedong performance ? It was more light losing the series that jaedoing winning. Everyone seems amazed by game4 but every zerg player know just by looking the map that triathlon is even more imba in Z>T than odd eye with T>Z. 3 gaz at start and free expo all over the map is like heaven land for zerg. Last MSL final was one of the worst final I ever saw (ok that's because i'm a jaedong fanboy). I don't want to see another rape like this, but from what I saw today, it might happen again.

WCG Korea finals, MSL finals, soon to be OSL finals... seriously, Lim-Jin Rok was insanely fun but unfortunately one-sided. THIS IS A REAL RIVALRY. And moreover, when's the last Starleague in which one of these two was NOT in the finals? Mollusk vs Pikachu??
