It's inherent in just about any game that both players will play sloppy at times. The problem becomes whether you can overcome your mistakes. Light pretty much donated all his vultures the entire game. His valks basically got slapped around by effort's muta/scourge combo. Light didn't play one of those spectacular games where he capitalized on effort's mistakes and made him pay. In the end, the matchup in the current metagame is imba because the zerg has to play much better than the terran to win. In these three games, I find effort's play superior to light's. But he lost pretty convincingly.

But he lost pretty convincingly. I find it hard to find any argument as to why Effort's play > Lights play in the second game today. That MnM usage was fucking amazing. Third game was a bit of a toss-up. Light played poorly early game with horrible valk control. Effort then fucked up majorly with the muta switch and later with the guards. Not defending the 12 with a swarm was the final nail in the coffin
