On topic, fantastic game by Effort. one person understands. we all know jaedong and effort are miles above any other zerg.

If he didn't push then what was he going to do? Sit on his expos while Effort constantly drops him in one place and mass hydra/ling pushes the other? Also those ling drops on sieged tanks were hilarious. Probably earlier if you ask me, but Light's ground army wasn't up for the job. Effort by then had so many bases and gasses it wasn't funny.

Guardians, for the same supply as a muta, is more powerful against ground units and when you're swimming in money from 8 expansions it seems like a decent way to use that supply. Well supply-wise I don't think Effort was ever close to 200/200 anyway (probably around 160 at max). Guardians didn't do anything as far as I recall. Mass mutas can exploit Terran's lack of mobility and punish it very fast, while guardians are slow and get owned by 2 vessels and/or a bunch of goliaths like every single time.

It does when you have an overwhelming amount of them...but Light didn't have close to the number needed in the same place. Effort with his hair a bit unkempt...set 3 incoming!

Guardians suck balls except on defense over a ledge.
