lol so few people care about this matches... go Hite!!! i feel they are the underdog but in reality they are stonger than eStro, they have a reliable ACE Letaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!!
Didn't realize this was going on until I saw it on the calendar a couple of days ago. I like both teams so I hope we get quality matches, quality matches everywhere.

if more than 5 people would participate luck would be a huge factor
Hm...in the Foreigner vs Korean, Kawaii-Rice played 45[NAME] and Artosis said that he accused ret... not 100% sure, tho. Either way, you know more than me, so I trust you ^^
Really only has 5~ scvs left in the middle of the map not mining. CC lifted. Really only has 8~ vults that are defeated by a sunken and a walled hydra den.
Hogil ggs!! Wow that was a nicely executed hanbang attack. Classic played so bad before that though. Painful game to watch until the last attack. How Hogil did not defend that is a mystery. Threw away all lings before moving in with lurks.....lurks are supposed to tank while lings do dps. Still, sexy d-matrix x2 wins it for Classic!
it was a good choice but he failed with control and clasic micro was damn good with defensive matrix and not waisting any units at all in his allin push.
Anyway Hogil woulda win if he just killed the CC and all the scvs.
But ... that chin on Classic! Chinterran won't be shaken from his road of conquest unless Leta does something crafty or seizes an early advantage. Just my 2c

I don't know Leta killed a lot of SCVs before scan.

Huh, I missed have missed that.
Currently 3 base to 3 base, since Leta's fourth just got shut down.
Such a beautiful battle ... both players scrambling to take down operating bases. The winner will be the one who makes the better choices and can keep his cool.
Commentators agree, the crucial moment was when Classic put his army in the middle of nowhere and got vulture dropped and wraith harassed at the same time.

Fantasy every time
for pro league thats why i mentioned team and i would rather have leta .. he's like 99% sure to beat someone inferior of him where as fantasy is like 60% but can take the best as well but alas we cant compare the situation cause leta is in hite where they have only leta and fantasy is in skt where they have ..... a list of hotshots

Talk about some sweet multitasking harass. Vult drop in main + 3 cloaked wraiths at nat + a lone vulture delaying the third, all at the same time.

would choose fantasy, means the team could beat jd oz now and then.
Ebay and armory going up for Leta, machine shop researching something, probably mine, nvm, vulture speed. Moving out with 3 vultures as a valk comes out
2 valkyries out now for leta, action trying to harass but cant get in. He tries to get in with 4 scourge but gets misses the valks, action loses a few mutas while netting a few scv kills. Leta sneaks a vulture past the sunk at action's nat but doesn't take out any drones
Action's lurks are cleared out with m&m + tanks as leta scouts the 4th with a few vultures. Action tries to take out the tanks with mutas but is scared away by 2 valks which don't do anything. Hive almost done for Action.
Leta tries to do a vulture raid but most of the vultures are killed before getting there. He tries again and Action blocks off his ramp with drones and cleans up the vultures with lings + muta
Leta floats 2 rax AND an ebay over 9 where action has just finished a hatch. WOW action fights 4-5 valks straight up with mutas and then wipes them out with scourge. With no air D leta loses a large number of tanks.
Leta's playing really bad, lost all valky and almost all tanks, still no vessel, so lurkers have been blocking him/killing half his vulture raids on their way for ages now, and he could have used an irradiate on those muta.
Large fight at 3, action with lurks mutas and hydras trying to pushin vs valks gollies tanks and vultures. Action pushes in with swarm and dose some terrible damage. Leta's reinfrocements are thinned greatly by a group of lurks at the bridge out of his base.
I think Action is winning, but I'm not sure. After that failed drop, Leta appears to have some momentum back, and he's on 4 bases against Action's five.
Action with a Beautiful attack on Leta's nat gets a huge plauge off on a huge group of tanks. now pushing into letas main, leta with a few forces he had on the other side of the map getting pulled back. Leta losing factories left and right!@
Leta with like 10 tanks on that spot and...no support troops. Nice plague allow some lings to dispatch them in no them. Cost efficiency, Leta ? Also, I just realised he let Action get that min only under his nat, his potential 3rd. How did he do that ? O_o
Pretty solid game, it's hard to see it sometimes when it's Z vs mech, but action's macro late game was quite amazing. Not easy to play on like 7+ bases.

At that point the game was lost. Even if he moved his whole army back, that leaves his only mining bases exposed, and if he lost those but saved his main, that's gg anyway.
Action had a base so close to Leta's main, Leta had to walk a delicate line of defending his mining bases and his main/nat. It's so hard in the position he was in, since it took relatively few dark swarms to reach his natural from Action's expo.

Btw what the hell is the masters cup anyway?
winner's league style.
lowest proleague ranks play higher ranked.
eSTRO sparkyz khan oz stars cj fox mbc skt kt
so we have estro beating sparkyz, and moving on to play khan. it'll go on, with winner advancing each time, until after skt vs kt. the winner of that will play stx, who sponsors the tournament. stx only has to win once, kt has to win twice, skt 3 times, etc
last year, skt was 1st ranked, so they beat oz using s2 (1 kill) and ssak (3 kills) and then rolled stx with a hyuk all-kill. that was before hwasin left ;;

Actually, I think it goes: Proleague rankings played upwards in a winner's league style, and the winner out of that group gets to play last year's champion T1. At least, that's how it is according to the TL schedule. I think STX was seeded into the finals last year because it was the first year they'd started the tournament.
@SaetZero, you don't need a spoiler for that since you aren't spoiling the results or inferring that a certain team won, but even if you did you still don't need it because it's an LR thread. If this was PL and this was MBC vs T1 and hite vs KT was also on you would need a spoiler here if you were to say something like "wow, the ace player of KT got sniped by a scrub too!". No harm in having it anyway I guess, but just letting you know. If someone doesn't want the results of this series to be spoiled they won't be looking through the LR. But yeah, the lineup completely spoils the results because of the winner's league style format. I haven't even checked the "results" spoiler and I don't need to to determine that it went really > puma really < hogil classic > hogil classic > horang2 classic < leta action > leta
Leta would have had to take it to ace match for sparkyz to win, which the lineup clearly states he didn't. The only solution is that eSTRO won 4-2. The only way for it not to spoil the results 100% is if it goes to ace match.
The line up thing kinda spoiled some shit didnt it?
Yeah, I was going to say... maybe just list the players who played under "line-up"? I mean, that spoils the winner, but at least it doesn't spoil who played who.
STX Mastercup does not even affect the player's kespa ranking or official winning/losing streaks.
It is kinda intended for b-teamers to get some spotlight. But some teams are so desperate for victory after the regular season, they would field their A-team lineup. Besides, I suspect that STX encourage the teams to field their full force. Otherwise, this show wouldn't get ratings.
Bottom tier teams I suspect would send out their A-team because of how desperate they are for victory, but I'm suspecting that teams like KT and SKT would just send out their B-Team because they don't really give a fuck (like last year)

last year was still mostly A-teamers even if some teams didn't play all of their best players
Considering that some teams are currently trying to build their main lineup after the match fixing scandal I don't see "IS THIS A-TEAM OR B-TEAM" as a particularly necessary question this time around. Some teams will care and some won't, I guess. But the games will be useful to everyone.
I don't mean to complain for quick updates, but under "upcoming events" the result is already spoiled for us who missed the live games. Just a pointer if anyone reads.
