I'm not talking about the forces in frees main. They were dead anyway. Right after he lost them the observer showed Seas forces at his third base. Instead of attacking with them he decided to defend his 3rd and 4th. free had his 4th and 1/3 of his 3rd. His main and nat were destroyed and there were no probes at 12. And again, he had only 3-4 gates. He later added 3 at his 3rd and rebuild nat nexus and build probes. That was the perfect time window to finish him off.
