Hey, don't sweat it, man. Due to the log-jam in the the lower half of the proleague standings, there's still no need to panic. And you have to at least feel good that Snow has been consistently useful this season for a new guy.

But effort didn't make any drones so it was even for the most part.

That was a special case of 9pool anyway with Effort going 9p no gas and then expanding. With speed, it would have been a different story as no speed zerglings can still be held off pretty well with just drone/ling alone plus Calm had the advantage of earlier second hat which gave him more larva.. Plus, Calm catches Effort droning too hard at the end and Effort paid the price. Still, really nice game though and awesome to watch. plus zerglings <3

He lost way too many lings unnecessarily and let too many slip by into his main. And it's not impossible to avoid that.

I think the advantage came from calm having more lings from the start of the stalemate but kept them in the middle, and so when effort saw calm start making more drones he though he could, not realizing that calm had so many more lings. Also I think he was at such a disadvantage at that point that he really had no choice but to gamble and hope calm wouldnt attack.

That had nothing to do with speed or no speed. that just had to do with not knowing there were 6 lings moving in for a pincher lol wtf realistically no one would of been able to avoid that
