Basically if there are too many units, valkyrie don't shoot due to the engine's limitation when it comes to generating sprites. Baby had like 60 wraith shooting missiles (60x2) against 8 battle cruisers. That's a greater than 200/200 army fighting in limited pixels. Really had about 6-8 valkyrie. It's a problem with every unit that fires a projectile (ie. not hit-scan). If the maximum sprite limit is reached, any unit that fires a projectile will be unable to do so. The problem is exaggerated with valks because they shoot multiple missiles (and hence use multiple sprites). | ||
