Baby is going to get killed by Jaedong in a series :/. I'm not convinced he's that great, but it's good to see he's gotten over his nerves. Hopefully he keeps playing well (but not too well because then everyone will cry about how imba Terran is... -_-)

shine was waaay easier to hate. at least Baby can play standard. i'd rather have flash 2.0 (big stretch i know, but cant think of better analogy) then shine.

I personally like Baby. He’s convincingly beating players with good plays, and mechanics. (Maybe not the best in the world, but certainly excellent.) And his games are fun to watch for me. So I’ll be looking forward to further games from him.
I’m personally pretty happy to see the results of group A, I wanted Baby, and Jaedong to advance. Wouldn’t have minded if July had joined them, but unfortunately only two people can advance.
P.S. Can't remember if he used to be like this, but in recent games Baby seems to just be very calm and cool headed. And for me that's a plus towards liking him.

Umm no. When Shine was in baby's position last season, he was beating all races too. Does Fantasy, Effort, Really ring any bells? Only difference was he beat Bisu and he was zerg. If you are not in Kespa top 3-4 zerg and knock Bisu or Stork out, people will hate you, especially if you're zerg(PvZ imbaaaa omg omg omg bitchers). Also, baby tried to cheese JD. 2 port wraith? And terran always plays longer games than zergs on average. Thats a horrible comparison. Baby's micro and macro is not top class. Good, but not finals good.
Only difference is Baby has potential as he is only 15. I personally doubt he will get to the finals or even semi's as he is only 15. I don't think he is mature enough to handle the pressure and carry the momentum.

It's never ever going to win you a game, and it's never going to do significant damage(unless your opponent is completely inept). So please don't call something cheese which is quite possibly the furthest thing from cheese. Also he 2port Fe'd to the back expo. It' was complete map abuse. gj on map analysis Baby.

Exactly, 2 port is about as cheesey as sair/reaver. It sacrifices army strength and map control to get air superiority and harass options where a simple micro mistake will cost you the game.
However, baby wasn't careless with his wraiths to get drones here and there, but instead expo'd. The only reason he could expo was because he had the back door one. Normally 2 port wraith runs into hydras, then terran goes mnm into a late expo because any earlier and a hydra bust is easy, but with the back door he could bunker on top of a ramp which would make hydra bust far far far harder. In addition, since the back door was pseudo island then the only way to get killed is drop, Jaedong knew this, and baby knew this. So instead of sacrificing wraiths for drones/harass, he killed what he could (what, like 2 ovies and one of them was the scouting ovie) and kept them alive to scout and more importantly stop the drop which would be the only thing that could kill him anytime soon. Since baby transitioned into full mech he could also easily take his nat since JD drop failed miserably.
From there baby could take his time to macro up and push at his leisure. Jd however, had much weaker macro because even though he defended the wraith harass really well, he threw his away advantage when he invested in a drop instead of drones/hatcheries.

You do realize they played a bo3 just a half month ago and Baby beat Jaedong 2-0 right?

Yeah, but reading Jaedong interview you can tell that the next time they meet Jaedong will be prepared at 200%. Seems like he still somewhat underestimated baby.
