Just like to throw my 2c and say that if you're going to try and organise something like this again, get everything worked out and in place before you start, because its pretty clear the format that is being used hasn't really worked. | ||

Which explains just how small Movie vs Flash was on last OSL seeing how 20,000 ppl audience was bad, and explains how OSL has only been around for 10 years using pretty much the same formula. I suppose OSL format is such fail that it has have Korean Airline as its sponsor this time. Besides, it's not my fault that we waited a whole hour grace period just for you and other seeded ppl. It's such a shame that you never showed up today for Ro36 when we waited one whole hour. Guess 60 minutes wasn't good enough... | ||

I know I'm having troubles with this setup, especially nobody is showing up. I mean, I asked the guys who were playing before me to PM me whoever won and I haven't gotten anything yet, nor have they reported their match in the thread. So, what do I do now? | ||

I'm not QQing about the format, i'm qqing about the lack of organisation. Having seeds playing a match when its not clear if or when the previous match is being played is ridiculous. A smart organiser would have had the first round of matches (the non-seeds) playing first, and then the seeds vs them at a different time. I dont get why you volunteer to organise a tournament like this, then just leave all that shit to chance. I would have loved to have played, its just i had noone to play against. I refuse to sit around for an hour on the off chance you'll give me a "second chance ffa" or something stupid like that. i could be sleep, or washing up, or picking my ear... | ||

Ok, I checked and you're on the Thursdays group. That falls under O_ops rule but basically in your case, according to what I heard, you're the only one who showed up yesterday for your group? Which means the other 2 players didn't come in... I believe there was a 30 min - 1 hour grace period and it was also possible to play anytime before as long as the reps were out. But basically what happened was that you don't even know if they played or not, and both are MIA which means they have either forgotten about the tourney, stopped caring about it or something. Thus, you automatically advance for Ro16 b/c neither of them neglected to post results or reps and I think neither of them even care. So congrats! | ||
