I didn't see too much of Fenix's TvZ, if it is on par of his TvP/PvT then i'd say that Kolll vs Fenix will be awesomely close 3-2 any way, but if not then Kolll will probably dominate - he is such a beast. Actually they both are just i'm not sure of Fenix's TvZ 
Nony vs Tarson will probably be close as well, 3-1 or 3-2 for Nony. But i hope for 3-2 for Tarson

Nony 3-1 Tarson losing to a 6fac on tornado

Tarson is preety good but i think Nony will take this 3-1 or 3-2.
And for Koll and Fenix i have no idea how good Fenix tvz/pvz is but i think Kolll > Fenix in last WCG but somehow i've voted for Fenix no idea how that happened.
Both matches today gonna be close i think unlike yesterday's crappy games.

Tarson is in good shape, but seriously guys, this is Nony, and if he's in better form than when going up against Idra (which he probably is), he's the clear favorite here. More excited about the Kolll vs. Fenix match, because despite Kolll having stunning control and proven ZvT, Fenix has creative builds and strong play which can prove difficult to handle.

To be honest, Tarson did not play game 2 very well. A ramp block with a Zealot and Probe is usually a telling sign of an early tech build, yet he still pursued an early expansion as opposed to an early Bay. Basically, he was playing right into Nony`s hands.
EDIT: And yeah, Artosis and Tasteless deserve a lot of props for getting up so early to cast for us. Many props to them.

Tarson's first game wasn't bad so much as it was just the wrong build vs nony's. Nony's 2 gate robo is the safest possibly build, and tarson's build relied on a greedier opening.
Second game Tarson had to be let down because he didn't even get a chance to do anything, he just got DT'd
By the third game i'd suppose he was disheartened. And losing your non seiged tank to 2 ranged goons isn't actually that hard. He shuold have reserached seige though instead of starport, and he would have been ok.

As a Terran I'm sorry but I just disagree, even a perfect prediction what you do by the Protoss doesn't lead to such one sided games. If you execute builds properly you should never lose in such a fashion. Still NonY deserves credit. Tarson just didnt have the nerves today.

kolll has a very sick late game though. his defiler usage is top notch for a foreigner

Some people would claim JD was that ahead vs Fantasy on their outsider game. (Which he wasn't, but that's a different story. Depleted geysers and all).
Anyways, Koll actually did it more intelligently than players like Calm have done by committing to a much smaller number of guardians and not investing a huge amount of minerals/gas by getting fresh mutas and instead sticking to his leftover mutas from the 2 hatch.

12 pool is okay if you are good with drones / lings. If you overpool / 9 pool you have to build more lings to be sure you can defend that attack. Kolll just was greedy and started eco too early.

This is the thing that bothers me the most in tournaments playing the same strategy every game. Sziky did it earlier in the qualifiers against Tarson and Tarson won basically just because he knew exactly what was coming.

Fenix playing extremely smart. His 2 rax bust was even sexier than Shaman's on Mondragon. His BSB was very well executed, not rushing for an early bunker, instead massing up a few rines then pushing out. Last game he mech'ed, something koll did not expect (or the commentators). His vults did an insane amount of damage (even disregarding that last vult drop on main, which killed everything) with mines and overall harassment.

Have at least 5 hydras and you can a-move through minefields. I do that all the time. If multiple mines pop up at once you need lightning reflexes to seperate the closest ones, though.

Dont watch Nony vs Tarson, it was an embarrassing rape, like watching a B player stomp a D player, Tarson's nerves got him and he made terrible mistakes.
Fenix g2 2rax very quick rine pressure vs no sunk and he killed koll
Fenix g3 Fantasy PL finals BSB scv/rine rush
Fenix g4 Mech play with Kolll being horrible with his mutas.

Nony vs Tarson lasted a total of 20 minutes.
Game 2 was 2rax expand, walked to Kolll's natural with nothing but 6 marines and Kolll died to it
Game 3 was BSB with a SCV/Marine attack at about 6 marines. Kolll did some over or 12pool into expand(think over) and didn't have enough lings / nat ready for sunk in time.

You mean a 2 rax CC pressure build similar to the one Mondragon lost to on the same map? Then in the second game going pool first and skimping on lings vs a scouted 8 rax?
In game 3 he commited his mutas against about equal goliaths, took a lot of unneeded damage while he did a low eco opening and lost map control as a result. Then later on he didn't notice a drop on his main while trying to trade armies while also losing that battle. Him walking into mines was his own fault, not random luck. He made mistakes and paid the price, Fenix didn't just get lucky 3 times in a row like you are making it seem.
Fenix put on a much better showing than Koll, I actually expected Fenix to get raped 3-0 after that first game but he played really well in the remaining games. Koll's main strength seems to be his mutalisk control, his scouting and especially his decisionmaking wasn't as strong in this series.

Koll sees 1 rax FE then 2 hatch muta. Sees proxy rax then 2 hatch muta. Sees early CC then 2 hatch muta. Sees factory, make den then proceed to play it like 2 hatch muta lol. Koll plays like a robot. Pure mechanics without much thought. Though Fenix may not have the greatest macro, micro, or multitasking, he played those games with cunning. After game 1, Fenix never allowed Koll to get into a comfort zone of 2 hatch play. I'm ready glad that Fenix made it to the next round and that strategy prevailed over mechanics.

I really like how the ro16 is switching up the map order instead of just using the same map sequence for all of the matchups. It's really refreshing and keeps the matchups more exciting.

From the last time they met, Idra is clearly the better players, but don't forget to take in account for the race advantage that Nony will have. During a push even greatest terrans will fall to mass storms and stasis. The longer the game go on, the worse the situation becomes for terran. Not to mention the many openings that protoss can do against terran to give them a huge advantage. If Idra wins, it won't be rape nor easy.
Too bad they meet each other so early in the TSL. This could be the TSL finals lol.

I think Nony will have a good chance vs Idra. When they meet the last time Nony had not played much at all, and still showed great potential. Now Nony have been practicing alot for this and surelly have something planned out for when he meet Idra again.
The bad part is that the game comes abit to early, I think Nony would have needed at least one more round to get ready.
Idra of course should win this easy if you look at the preparation, but I would not be surprised if Nony gives him alot of trouble, and perhaps even beats him. Idra vs kolll in WCG was a sure win for Idra and still Kolll 2-0 him.
