I don't know how Kwanro gets away with that so often. I don't any zerg is as successful as he is at just sending zerglings and finishing the game in 5 minutes.

Yeah, I was surprised by Flash's lack of scv on the ramp. The reasoning could be that his economy was bad and he wanted to cut corners.
