It was never 3 base to 4 base. Except for like 10 seconds, which didn't matter at all. Always 3 to 3 or 4 to 4. Best won the game when he had 5 bases to 4 bases, before that he never had the economy to fully break Canata.

Bogus now has 4 tanks and 1 vessel. He doesn't have enough MnM to properly support a push though.
