Your facts include things that are relatively unreliable on the short run. Kespa and elo doesn't fluctuate that much in such a short amount of time. The fact is that stork is playing better than bisu in this short amount of time. Stork also has a 15 - 5 to bisu's 12 - 8 since about the start of 09-10 pl season.
