if flash doesn't win a league this season, he never will. There is still an obstacle on Flash's path, and a pretty big one: Jaedong. Jaedong is going to win both leagues this season. No way is Jaedong a favorite over Flash. Jaedongs ZvT is his worst matchup too. No way is Flash a favorite over Jaedong. Jaedong is the best starcraft player in the world. Wth?? Srsly? Atm Flash is without a doubt the best player in the world bar none. Jaedong has dropped to many games to people he shouldnt have lost in the first place(in his JvZ matchup to boot) while flash has just been tearing it up all over the place.
JD's only losses have been to Z's in PL (which all have become better, not surprising concidering the amount of ZvZs played so far), but he's still 8-5 this PL-season. He also completely tore up his groups, going 2-0 in both MSL and OSL - Flash still has the chance of getting dropped unless he wins against type-b. JD has always been ridiculously strong in individual leagues, especially in BO#'s, Flash is in no way a safe bet against him.

Effort has a better win percentage than Jaedong in the MU, but unless he can prove that he can win a ZvT box convincingly, I'm not buying into his hype.

JD has vs T 19–7 in Bo3 and 8–1 in Bo5 overall (see Liquipedia). In he’s 2009 2–0 in Bo3 and 3–0 in Bo5. And what about EffOrt?

pusan vs movie was the worst pvp ive seen thanks to pusan who essentially turned the game into a coin flip

If neither Jaedong nor Flash wins a league this season, I'm going to cry.
Hopefully they meet in both of the finals and split them, with both being epic 3-2 series :D
edit: Actually I wouldn't mind seeing Stork or Fantasy take the OSL either. We can pray for a Stork/Fantasy/JD/Flash semifinal, can we not? (Please don't tell me that's impossible because Stork and Flash are in the same group =/)

Ya, if we don't get Stork, Flash and Jaedong in semi-finals I'll be very disappointed.

Shitty games, shitty for Hite players as well :X I'm going to go cry myself to a nap...
After I post the "state" of things for advancing in the OSL for each group:
+ Show Spoiler ++ Show Spoiler [Group A] +Well, Jaedong and Movie both advance, it's only positioning for those two (whoever wins is #1 in the group, whoever loses is #2). + Show Spoiler [Group B] + ZerO is in if he beats Pure or if Hwasin beats Yarnc. YellOw[ArnC] is in if he beats Hwasin and Zero beats Pure. Pure is in if Hwasin beats Yarnc and he beats Zero. Those three have a tiebreaker if Pure beats Zero and Yarnc beats Hwasin. Hwasin has a chance if he beats Yarnc, Zero beats Pure and Hwasin goes 2-0 in tiebreakers. + Show Spoiler [Group C] + Shine is in if he beats Calm or if Effort beats Fantasy. fantasy is in if he beats Effort and Shine beats Calm. Calm is in if he beats Shine and Effort beats Fantasy. All three have a tiebreaker if Calm beats Shine and Fantasy beats Effort. EffOrt has a chance if he beats Fantasy, Shine beats Calm and Effort goes 2-0 in tiebreakers. + Show Spoiler [Group D] + Stork is in if he beats Kwanro or if type-b beats Flash. Flash is in if he beats type-b and Stork beats Kwanro. Kwanro is in if he beats Stork and type-b beats Flash Those three have a tiebreaker if Kwanro beats Stork and Flash beats type-b. type-b has a chance to qualify if he beats Flash and Stork beats Kwanro and type-b goes 2-0 in tiebreakers.

Jaedong might have dropped a couple of games but he's still very beastly when it comes to games that matter.
Flash is looking good in TvZ. But most if not all of his victims weren't of his equal skill level. Yarnc could have been a good test if he hadn't been slumping like shit.
At the moment, Flash is looking ridiculously good. But that doesn't mean he's the best. I'm not a Flash hater, in fact I really love watching him play.
Yeah really the only players Flash could test his TvZ is JD , Zero , Effort or Calm if Calm doesn't choke ala vs Fantasy . I also think their equall , and yeah Jaedong drops ZvZ , but his game against Crazy Hidra has convinced me that he still is the best or one of the best ZvZers out there . You can't really tell who is the best player right now unless they meet each other or one of them epic fails in a league .

The problem with what you're saying is that Flash hasn't been "tearing it up" against Stork and Best. Flash admits this, and his record against good protoss hasn't been good. There isn't a matchup right now that JD really has a problem with unless you really want to read a lot into the losses in what has traditionally been a very volatile matchup. I wouldn't blame him for this

He hasn't really been winning against any good PvT player for a while though, if you check up on his records.

Probably the most interesting thing for today's OSL's:
The misspelling of the word El Nino for the Yarnc vs. Zero match.
Compare: 엘리뇨 (in the game) vs. 엘니뇨 (what it should be).
Just a small thing that made me lol, el lino...
Edit: Woah, this isn't the first time they've done it either... o.O

It needs to be played in order to determine who finishes 1st and who finishes 2nd in the group, because I think that the ones who finished 2nd in their group will go on to meet someone who finished 1st in their group in the Ro8.
I expect Movie to cheese, he's not going to take this game seriously. go.go and Pusan...I don't really care.

I want all the protoss to be eliminated so Flash can win

Flash hasn't been looking good against Protoss because he's been playing Terran and Zerg nonstop. It's not like Flash's TvP is bad.
