He's not guarenteed Ro8 yet.

If Calm beats Effort, Fantasy beats Effort, and Calm beats Shine, there'll be a 3-way tie between Shine, Fantasy, and Calm, in which Shine could not win. If a game doesn't go as shown though, he is in Ro8.

damn. fantasy chose a really really bad game to do a risky build. now he's 1-1 and hes playing effort's crazy ZvT next. both calm and effort have 2 games to go, and fanta only 1. not a good game to do a risky build buddy!!!
