That might be because of the players individual skill level and might as well be attributed to some terrans winning alot of games TvP and all the other terrans struggling. In almost every single game on every map played on ICCUP, P>T for instance. Bad maps? No. Imbalance? Of course. If anything, D+ terrans are usually mechanically better than D+ protoss players, yet the latter win because of them having a much easier time than their terran counterpart. So if one race is easier to use than another race, there's obviously an imbalance right there. | ||

I can guarantee you that Jaedong won't win starleague if Plasma, Monty Hall, etc. are the map pool. I can also guarantee that Bisu's PvZ will become crap if he plays on Tears of the Moon. Like motbob says, Maps determine balance. Those maps are kind of special though. Like monty hall would obviously be very hard for some races in some MU:s. | ||
