Orion was able to exploit something I hadn't thought of at all during our mind games. Even as I was playing, I thought that I had lost the mind games completely. So I immediately started thinking about my next game, and practiced my micro without much pressure. I thought there was a high chance the next game would be a Zerg vs Zerg. Is "mind games" an accurate translation? Does he really consider ZvZ to be mind games and micro? O_O

O_O essentially yes, a literal translation would be "mental battle." Though in every language, people use the same word with different ranges of meaning. But yes, it's mental rock-paper-scissor if you want to think about it that way.

SK Telecom is especially strong at Gwanganri, and they are a team that achieved the prestigious over-triple-crown. Could someone explain what exactly the over-triple crown is?

Because the maps for day 2 depended a lot on scouting luck as well as the build used, we weren’t sure if we were going to win, but we were positive we would win the super ace match. However, going 0-4 on day 2 was a surprise. In the time we have left, I believe we will have to practice even harder for the finals. Yea...I bet he didnt expect Jaedong < Orion... Nice interview =)

Could someone explain what exactly the over-triple crown is? SKY Proleague 2005 (and 2006) had two rounds. Each round had playoffs and finals, as well as a grand final, featuring the champions of both rounds. T1 won the Round 1 final T1 won the Round 2 final T1 couldn't exactly play vs T1 in the grand final, so I think they let the two runner-ups battle it out for the spot in the final (don't remember 100%), T1 won that grand final as well. After that the balance slowly shifted to MBC being the strongest team, overall it was: PL 2005 R1 final: T1 > KTF PL 2005 R2 final: T1 > Samsung PL 2005 grand final: T1 > KTF PL 2006 R1 final: T1 > MBC PL 2006 R2 final: MBC > CJ PL 2006 grand final: MBC > T1

Q: How did you feel when it was confirmed that EffOrt was your opponent? A: I felt really good. I had already beaten him yesterday, and I had warmed up well during my game against Orion by practicing mutalisk micro. After the game on Neo Medusa started, I though the situation was excellent for me, and I felt that if I could win here, I would really have achieved something. I was calm, and I played the game to enjoy it. Jaedong has so much confidence, but he isnt cocky, I absolutely love it. I really like his explanation for his Orion game as well. GG Oz, they are going to have a very tough fight ahead of them.
