Just like the Reaver, and Shuttle, the observer is a robotic unit (hence it comes from the Robotics Facility) which needs no pilot.

You should also analyse Shuttle and Corsair !
Upgraded shuttle is pretty damn fast, plus you can harass while scouting by getting stuff into it !

This is bullshit.
scouts are useless, anti air unit that no one ever gets.
their too weak, expensive.
obs are cheap, detecting fast units that can do all the jobs needed. can scouts detect? no. can obs kill nexus? thats stupid. scouts used to kill nexus? u thinking of massing 500 of em?
only useful vs carrier/devourer/ov/bc? mb imho.

The analysis ignores the fact that you can cloak your scout fleet with an arbiter. So the scout's victory should be even more decisive.
In fact, I go scouts all the time against the computer and often win with it; more often than when I go all-in observers.
