At War With...
The map order is: Game 1 - EffOrt < Neo Harmony > JaedongGame 2 - < Sin Chupung-Ryeong > Game 3 - < Andromeda > Game 4 - < Rush Hour 3 > Game 5 - < Colosseum II > Game 6 - < Medusa > Game 7 - < Destination > Jaedong sent out first again. A bit of a surprise, but not exactly crazy. Likely a free win against EffOrt on Neo Harmony based on his recent phenomenal ZvZ play. Then he will probably meet Iris or Skyhigh on Chupung. I'm thinking SkyHigh will be saved for a RH3 / Colosseum II push if necessary. I think if Jaedong wins game 2, he has a phenomenal shot at an all kill. The problem is, this time he won't be playing ZvZ there. TvZ is pretty harshly favoring the T, but maybe we'll see some Queen play again on Chupung. Who knows?
The Players
Oz look weak to Terrans, but then again they just decimated the team with the best Terran around. I can't really say much besides the fact that CJ better not send out Movie or Much unless they want to lose pretty instantly. CJ needed to be practicing their vZ all week, and HiyA is equipped to clean up CJ very efficiently as long as Jaedong can beat Effort and Skyhigh.
Jaedong isn't that sharp on Chupung. If he makes it to Andromeda though, watch out. Even if Jaedong loses the first match, it isn't necessarily over. Check out the run HiyA could make. 4-0 Chupung, 3-1 Andromeda, RH3, 4-0 Colosseum II. Pretty damn strong run of maps for him.
I'm predicting: EffOrt < Jaedong SkyHigh > Jaedong SkyHigh < HiyA Iris < HiyA sAviOr > HiyA sAviOr > Young sAviOr > Lomo It could happen, right?

Jesus that's a lot of stats! But nice work

a lot of excel work is put into this.

Boy, is it finally time for Effort to prove himself... If he takes down Jaedong, I'm not seeing HiyA pull the wagon all the way from there.
|
Oz is going to take this. Jaedong probably wont all-kill, as much as we'd all love to see it, but I'm sure Hiya and Lomo can clean up what remains.

Go jaedong, make it happen!

you guys are forgetting about the most important element of this match

Jaedong all kill again. He's a fucking monster.
|
glad to see effort back, but he's going to be raped hardcore :\
it's weird with oz putting JD out 1st. It's like theyre just saying "TRY TO SNIPE HIM"
|
i'm sorry but ktf had a better chance of stopping jaedong i cant see any zerg stopping him meaning the job goes to sky high or iris and sorry flash and fogg are at higher caliber
|
|
Just for kicks with all these stats could anyone give a rough calculation of Jaedong's Elo peak if he 3-0 by.hero and then 4-0 CJ? I know the last depends upon the opposing players but given a reasonably realistic lineup. Would be a little fun to dream about the best case what if scenario
|
There is no way Jaedong will get another all kill, he's not THAT good. Or is he? Hmm...
Oh man, I'm so hyped up for this~

lol this is Jaedong vs Cj

Jaedong's pretty sick, but is he sick enough to all-kill CJ a day after his semis with by.hero?
|
^ I'd say yes but I'm a JD fan. He probably doesn't need to practice his ZvZ that much because he's amazing at it.

He'll need zvz for both, i hate tight schedule like this though, it usually does no good for people (recently leta, flash, stork, etc)

Movie ace ??
Much is the protoss ace!!!!
|
Awesome statistics, thanks!
|
Omg cant wait great stats thanks :ED
|
All these stats give me headache Anyway, JD will all-kill again~~
|
I honestly think JD played sloppy vs KTF even though he all-kill. Flash would have manhandled him 4th set if KTF wasn't down by 3, so much pressure on young Flash vs H. OZ's ace.

You just can't touch the depth of CJ's line-up.
CJ in 6
|
CJ in 5 or 6
JD gone = gg for Oz against CJ <this is sooo biased but w/e
|
Wow Iris is really tall! CJ FIGHTING!! Effort im counting on you to snipe JaeJae
|
Random prophecy: Kwanro will inexplicably beat Jaedong in a ZvZ with a hydra rush and the matchup will be changed forever.
But really I have a hunch that Kwanro will actually pull something off. Not really sure what though.
|
Jaedong for all-kill #2!!!
Seriously though.....they're just feeding him ZvZ's as though they were cake to a fat kid.

debatable Jaedong went against a ridiclous KTF lineup ForGG, Hoejja, Flash and Luxury lets go through that once
Arena MSL winner Bisu sniper GOD Lost Saga MSL winner
KTF might not have anyone besides them but still an all kill of such calibre is ridiculous
A team with depth is good but in a WL format, having a player with allkill potential is better OZ has Jaedong up at bat, but if he is sniped OZ also has Hiya and possibly Lomo who are also top tier players
CJ has Iris and Skyhigh who have possibility to take a game or two But in a Bo7 like this, having dominant players are much more beneficial
which is why i say OZ 3 2 CJ with JD dropping a game

Great graphics FZero but...holy broken forum layout
This is sure to be an epic matchup - the obvious match-breaking question is how CJ will deal with Jaedong this time around...I think they should have someone preparing a cute cheese again, if the KTF-OZ match proved anything, it's that throwing your best players at JD in straight-up games is just disastrous.
|
Kinda suprised JD is out first again. Must be due to maps. Hiya shouldnt be underestimated as his backup though, hes done really well this season.

oh wow this OP is pretty lots of colors with all the stats

Wow, very thorough OP. I feel bad for the players whose faces are half-cut out... hahaha. Lol at the winking Hwaseung player.
Mm.. SO excited.
|
Hmmm, I'm interested to see how Much will do here, people always seem to forget about him. However, I think JD and Hiya will take this. However, if JD plays a Terran on sin and loses, that Terran (Iris, Skyhigh) has a HUGE chance of allkilling. The third, fourth, and fifth map all favor Terran (with the exception of Andromeda PvT). And I don't really believe in Young's skills.

beautiful analogy made me lol
But man Jaedong Is A beast. I'm hoping a random act from sAviOr comes in and beats Jaedong out of nowhere

if effort can tire jaedong enough, iris or skyhigh has a high chance at killing jaedong..
al effort has to do is... make jaedong EXHAUSTED, and cj wins.

What is this exhaustion you speak of? This is a computer game that these guys play 12 hours a day, not some sport where physical strain can cause performance to deteriorate over time.

Well, the pressure of playing live could get to some players the longer they're on stage, but with someone like Jaedong I don't see that happening

i mean like if effort can pull an fbh, and just literally make jaedong go into sweating buckets, then jaedong will be too deteriorated to play anymore.

The problem with this is that its ZvZ, and unless effort tries to massively turtle (which won't really even tire JD out) I don't think a 10-15min game is going to do much to JD's stamina.

Sorry I checked IE and I noticed the broken layout. Firefox works fine. It should be fixed for both now.

effort can do it. i believe in him to create a 30 minute zvz.

uhhh movie's record doesn't add up? it only listed 2 - 2 counting the game list but overall its 3 - 4?

My picks are : EffOrt < Jaedong Iris > Jaedong Iris > Lomo Iris < HiyA Skyhigh > HiyA Skyhigh < Young sAviOr > Young

People could have played on other maps besides the ones in the WL Finals.
